In an advanced manufacturing environment with modern manufacturing processes, the facility has 150 FTEs, is state-of-the art, and will require an experienced leader to continue achieving production efficiency and product output.
As a strategic production and innovation hub, this is an exciting opportunity for a driven leader who wants to join a fast growing business.
The Opportunity
As a key member of the global senior leadership team, the Plant Director will be an accomplished senior manufacturing executive with a proven track record of success in leading the manufacturing operations at a specific site within a fast-growing industrial B2B company. Technically experienced and a well-rounded leader, this individual will also be a strategic executive with strong operational capabilities. Focused on operational excellence and continuous improvement, they will thrive in delivering exceptional service to both internal and external customers.

- Address employee issues or grievances and administer collective bargaining agreements
- Stay up to date with latest production management best practices and concepts
Qualification and Experience
Attractiveness of this role
Cultural fit within this company is crucial, as the company is characterized by a flat hierarchy, direct and open communication, and a dynamic and collaborative work environment. The ideal candidate will thrive in a team-oriented environment with pragmatic interactions, a strong sense of professional pride, and healthy competition. As the organization remains relatively small, a pioneering spirit is a key differentiator, and anyone joining should embrace this cultural trait, which is a major driver of success. Building close working relationships with the global management team, local sales and technical teams, and other stakeholders across the value chain is essential for success in this role.
