Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Implement the clinical sales plan to drive utilization of the da Vinci ® Surgical System and become an expert in core indications for the region.
- Support regional Sales and Marketing development events to create system awareness and procedure adoption.
- Develop and implement da Vinci ® Surgery plans for surgical teams, ensuring their capability to use the system independently.
- Drive system utilization by working with surgical teams to review cases and expand the user base through interactions with key hospital staff and surgeon thought leaders.
- Lead training sessions and provide ongoing support to surgical teams on system operations, OR integration, and da Vinci ® Surgery applications.
- Manage administrative tasks, including reporting of sales / procedures, outcomes of sales activities, and expense submissions.
