Our client is a leading MedTech company, that provides minimally invasive medical devices across the globe. As a family-owned business our client is committed to providing the best outcome for the patients and simpler and more effective options for the doctors.
Due to expanding their business in Germany, they are now looking for a Clinical Support Specialist in the region Niedersachsen / Bremen, who will sell the vascular product portfolio by providing hands-on clinical support and education to physicians. The CSS also acts as a clinical expert within the vascular team.
Key responsibilities :
- Acquire excellent knowledge of the product portfolio and other potentially related products.
- Be responsible for services to be provided to defined hospital customers.
- Provide technical product training to clinical staff and assist the vascular team as needed in the use of medical devices.
- Provide information to Regional Business Managers, Commercial Business Managers and Account Specialists regarding developments and trends within the product portfolio.
- Provide timely market information and appropriate feedback to division personnel.
- Explore and evaluate new product ideas, provide appropriate information to the Sales Manager, and Account Manager, while ensuring that communication is simplified.
- Ensure that all new or updated product information is communicated to and understood by customers and the team.
- Take part in relevant local and international trade fairs, conferences and lectures, at which the relevant information is passed on to the area team.
- Submit written reports to the Regional Business Manager as appropriate.
