Tasks Independently support, develop, and roll out the SAP SuccessFactors landscape, focusing on Employee Central, Recruiting, and Onboarding modules. Capture and manage requirements from the HR department, developing implementation and optimization solutions. Develop an implementation plan for migrating existing legacy systems to SAP SuccessFactors. Execute and coordinate test phases, including system integration tests and user acceptance tests. Customize and document functional extensions to the systems in use. Handle fault reports as part of 2nd level support. Profile A degree in (business) information technology, economics, or a comparable qualification. Several years of professional experience in the HR IT sector. In-depth knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors implementation and application. Quick comprehension and understanding of complex connections.
