We are seeking an experienced SAPSuccessFactors Cloud Integration Architect (m / f / d) to design andimplement scalable, secure integrations within our HR technologylandscape. Your primary focus will be on delivering seamlessintegration solutions for SAP SuccessFactors while also leveragingSAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and SAP Fiori applicationsto enhance user experiences and data flow. The following challengesawait you : Design, develop, and implement robust integrationsolutions for SAP SuccessFactors using SAP Business TechnologyPlatform (BTP) and SAP Cloud Integration Suite. Collaborate withHR, IT, and business stakeholders to gather requirements anddeliver tailored integration solutions. Lead the design andexecution of integration architecture, ensuring efficiency,scalability, and compliance with business objectives. IncorporateSAP Fiori applications into integration processes to improve userinterfaces and workflows. Ensure all integration processes complywith data security, privacy regulations, and best practices.Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues to maintain systemreliability and performance. Provide technical guidance and supportduring SAP SuccessFactors implementations, migrations, andupgrades. Document integration architectures, workflows, andtechnical specifications for stakeholders. Stay updated on SAPSuccessFactors, SAP Fiori, and SAP BTP advancements to drivecontinuous improvement. Management of the SAP IdentityAuthentication Service (SAP IAS) as central Identity provider.Creation and management of SAP BTP Global Accounts and subaccounts.Implementation of Identity replication scenarios with the help ofSAP IPS. Implementation and administration of a central Fiorilaunchpad in the cloud.
