ALPADIA Language Schools SAMarburg-Biedenkopf, Hesse, GermanyOur Activity Leaders are responsible for delivering fun and engaging activities and excursions to a group of international students following Alpadias innovative approach to language immersion and experiential learning. You will be working closely with other Activity Leaders and Teachers ensuring our students have a meaningful adventurous time in camp full of learning and personal growth while offering your expert supervision and safety. Additionally youll take an active role in the day-to-day operations of camp via attendance checks helping out during wake-ups and bedtime and leading camp-wide Evening Programs.
Qualifications : Essential Criteria
- Experience working with children or young people in a professional capacity
- Some German proficiency (spoken B1-B2 minimum) ability to learn activity-specific vocabulary to ensure language immersion
- Fluency in English
- High physical mental and emotional resilience
- Experience in meaningful professional teamwork
- High energy level excitement and comfort speaking in front of large groups
- Availability at least 5 weeks of the summer.
