The role
- Work in a highly specialized team responsible for design, implementation, and support of on-premises and cloud security platforms for multi-national clients
- Work with clients in aligning security management strategy with business goals, designing, deployment and integration cloud security solutions for critical applications and infrastructure
- Lead technical discussions and provide guidance to enforce cloud security controls
- Deliver technologies like :
- Microsoft Defender for Cloud & Defender for Cloud Apps
- Multi-factor authentication & Conditional access
- Azure AD Application Proxy
- Defender for Identity
- Windows Hello for Business
- Azure AD PIM
- In case of solving support / maintenance issues – only high priority ones (3rd tier), working side by side with Client and Microsoft Premier Support
- Create and maintain system documentation for domain technologies including installation, configuration, and design documents
- Improve existing processes through solutions to recurring problems, automation of repetitive tasks and enhancements to existing solutions or documentation
- Translate client needs into specific requirements
- Confidently select the right solution based on the client requirements,
- Scopes out a project based on business requirements and achievable benefits
- Prepares statement of work, prices the engagement and creates other supporting project documentation
- Leads pre-sales and technical / architectural meetings with the clients (requirement gathering, internal alignments, presenting solutions…)
