After extensive training, you will take over the following tasks
- Provide secretarial support (manage MD's calendar, update travelers’ calendars etc.)
- Provide administration support (organise MD's travel expenses, visitors overview, upkeep of office equipment, printing calendars / diaries etc.)
- Work in an international team : i.e. cooperation and communication (via phone and email) with customers, suppliers, visitors, our sales managers and the German headquarter
- Organize complex travel, accommodation and transport arrangements including establish corporate account
- Responsible for the organization of meetings, conferences and team bonding events, including preparation of minutes
- Support in the organization of exhibitions
- Logistics tasks (prepare commercial invoices, packing, order dry ice, arrange shipment)
- Sales support, e.g. data entry, research, presentations and handling orders
- Internal sales support e.g. raise purchase orders, quotations, invoices and credit notes
- IT support, e.g. inventory management, coordinate with HQ (sourcing of parts, monitor installed systems)
- HR support (on and offboarding), e.g. set up laptop including necessary software / access, collect a copy of NRIC, coordinate in-house training
