Now, we’re looking for a driven Sales Manager Premium & Specialty Distribution to help us bring this vision to life.

Your Impact

In this role, you will :

  • Build and expand our Premium & Specialty Distribution network across Europe, bringing the BRITA LARQ category to new heights.
  • Develop tailored go-to-market strategies , identifying key partners in premium retail and specialty channels.
  • Act as an entrepreneur —turning ideas into actions, setting priorities, and creatingss scalable growth.
  • Manage and negotiate strategic partnerships , ensuring strong long-term relationships with key (r)etail partners.
  • Stay ahead of market trends and consumer insights to continuously refine and enhance our approach.
  • Work closely with our subsidiaries and HQ teams to drive business growth, profit, and operational excellence.

What You Bring

  • Proven experience in (r)-etail key account management for a premium lifestyle brand—ideally in health & sports, consumer electronics, fashion, or accessories.
  • A strong track record in business development, customer acquisition, and driving premium brand distribution.
  • Deep commercial acumen with the ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills , with fluency in English (German and other European languages are a plus).
  • An entrepreneurial mindset —you thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and take ownership of challenges.
  • A passion for premium brands, lifestyle products, and sustainability .
