Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Freelance Recruiter with a solid track record of success in sourcing, screening, and placing exceptional talent. This role is ideal for a motivated individual with previous recruitment experience who thrives in a dynamic, team-oriented environment. Strong communication, people skills, and a proactive attitude are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Candidate Coordinators and hiring managers to define recruitment needs and job requirements.
- Conduct thorough intake meetings with hiring managers to determine applicant profiles.
- Use job boards and direct search strategies to attract top candidates.
- Evaluate candidates through structured interviews and assess their suitability.
- Organize and coordinate interviews, including scheduling and logistical arrangements.
- Manage interview feedback and facilitate external assessments as needed.
- Prepare regular updates and status reports on job searches for hiring managers.
- Maintain ATS dashboards and track key recruitment metrics (KPIs).
- Design, implement, and oversee HR recruitment processes.
- Develop and execute employer branding strategies to attract top talent.
- Support internal talent assessment and development as part of the broader talent management process.
