AVATR is looking for a skilled Communication Designer. You will become part of our experienced and international AVATR Design Team in Munich. What Youll Do :

• Brand Alignment : Ensure all projects are aligned with AVATRs brand vision upholding consistency across all visual communications.
• Design Excellence : Lead the design process from concept to ensuring toptier quality and adherence to the highest design standards.
• Creative Innovation : Develop visually impactful and innovative solutions for internal and external communications maintaining exceptional design standards.
• Storytelling : Create compelling visual presentations and narratives that enhance decisionmaking and communication within the design studio and key meetings.
• Digital Engagement : Collaborate with agencies and team members to produce emotionally resonant visual content for social media and digital platforms.
• Collaboration : Work closely with external agencies and vendors providing clear briefs and direction to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Team Coordination : Facilitate effective communication between the design team and stakeholders ensuring alignment and smooth project .
