Your tasks :
In this role, you report to the Head of Compensation and Benefits and take care of compensation issues for the Plansee Group in an international context.
Proactive collaboration in the introduction of the compensation module in our HCM software Workday as well as the interfaces to sub-systems
Optimization of digitized processes in the compensation module in Workday, quality optimization of pay data and its presentation
Carrying out job evaluations, creating job descriptions as well as support with internal compensation guidelines and policies and presentation of various key figures
Participation in surveys on industry trends and benchmarks as well as configurations and maintenance of benchmark data as well as support of locations in ~ 30 countries
Continuous improvement of the planning tool for annual salary adjustments, as well as support for various compensation processes (e.g. annual bonus process)
Your profile :
Completed business studies with several years of relevant professional experience with a focus on compensation
Alternatively, comparable skills through many years of relevant professional experience in compensation issues
Experience in statistics and process management
Excellent English
Software experience with Workday is an advantage
