JOIN OUR TEAM

As a Intern Corporate & Employer Branding Communications, you will be an important member of our Corporate Communications team, driving our brand presence across internal and external channels. In this role, you will work closely with various departments to shape our corporate narrative, scale our social presence, and craft engaging content for our audience. We are looking for a creative, proactive storyteller who thrives in a fast-paced e-commerce environment and is eager to take ownership from day one. This position is limited to 6 months and based in Munich.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Drive the planning, creation, and reporting of content for our LinkedIn strategy and corporate communication channels
• Author engaging articles for our corporate website, press releases, and compelling employer branding content
• Research relevant topics for Corporate Communications and prepare C-level interview and speaking briefs
• Leverage AI tools and digital automation to enhance storytelling efficiency, research, and social media management
• Manage key administrative processes, including media clipping, performance reporting, and press distribution lists
• Support day-to-day operations across Corporate and Employer Branding communications

YOU COME WITH

• Current enrolment or recent graduation in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field
• Initial practical experience in communications, copywriting, or media relations (e.g., writing press releases or articles)
• Prior experience managing LinkedIn content, ideally within a corporate setting, as a strong plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint) and digital tools, with a strong curiosity for AI-driven communications
• Strong prioritisation skills and an independent, hands-on working style

• Near-native fluency or professional proficiency in German alongside excellent English skills
