BeInCrypto is looking for a talented Community Manager to own and elevate our presence on X (formerly Twitter) by growing our audience boosting engagement and strengthening our brand voice.

Tasks

  • Develop and execute content strategies for X to drive follower growth and engagement.
  • Monitor trends mentions and hashtags to stay ahead of industry conversations and proactively interact with our audience.
  • Build relationships with influencers thought leaders and other key players in the crypto ecosystem to amplify our reach.
  • Analyze performance metrics (e.g. impressions engagement rate) and adjust strategies to optimize outcomes.
  • Respond to user inquiries and manage community feedback to ensure a positive brand reputation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. Marketing Product PR) to align messaging and support broader campaigns.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing a social media account with a strong focus on X (formerly Twitter).
  • Crypto expertise : Indepth knowledge of the crypto industry blockchain technology and Web3 trends.
  • A track record of growing social media audiences and driving engagement.
  • Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to craft compelling content.
  • Familiarity with social media analytics tools (e.g. Twitter Analytics Hootsuite Buffer).
  • A selfstarter attitude with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
