Our mission is to make data accessible understandable and impactful across the business. We are shaping knowledge centers and nurturing a community of data experts. We want to boost adoption engagement and data literacy across the organization. For this we are looking for a working student who is passionate about communication storytelling and design - and curious about data and digital transformation.

About the role

As a working student in our team you will help us bring our data stories to life and foster a thriving internal community. Your everyday tasks will include :

• Assist in the development and implementation of branding strategies for our data transformation journey
• Craft engaging communication (newsletters success stories learning nuggets) that make data topics tangible for business users
• Design simple but impactful visuals (infographics explainer slides posters) using tools like Canva Figma or Adobe Suite
• Support community-building initiatives around our data platform such as spotlighting power users collecting use cases or running small campaigns
• Translate technical content into clear business-friendly language by interviewing team members and shadowing projects
• Help shape the identity of our data community and be the voice that connects the technical work with the wider business
