zooplus SEMunich, Bavaria, GermanyAs Senior Compensation & Benefits Manager you will be responsible for shaping and driving Zooplus global compensation strategy. You will ensure that our pay structures remain competitive equitable and aligned with our evolving business needs. This role plays a key part in developing and implementing a transparent and datadriven approach to rewards supporting both employee engagement and business performance.
Key Responsibilities :
- Compensation Strategy : Develop and implement Zooplus base pay philosophy regularly updating pay ranges to maintain market competitiveness through benchmarking.
- Annual Reward Cycle : Oversee payrelated processes in performance management including merit matrix implementation and outofcycle pay adjustments.
- Bonus & Incentives : Manage bonus programs drive enhancements to carrelated benefits and facilitate LTIP award allocations.
- Pay Transparency & Compliance : Lead initiatives to enhance pay fairness and transparency while ensuring compliance with evolving regulations.
- Process & System Optimization : Collaborate with Workday and People Process teams to improve reward processes and user experience.
- Stakeholder Training & Enablement : Equip P&C teams and line managers with the tools and knowledge to make informed pay decisions.
- Job Architecture : Maintain and refine the job architecture framework ensuring alignment between career progression and pay structures.
- Mobility & Recognition : Partner on international pay recommendations and contribute to Zooplus recognition strategy.
- Data & Insights : Conduct pay analysis to inform decisionmaking and strategic initiatives.
