Amazon Deutschland Transport GmbHRaunheim, Hessen, GermanyThe Regional On The Road (OTR) manager will maximize the OTRoperations and DA experience by leveraging operational andstakeholder relationships. They will be the custodian of DSP and DAexperience at station level ensuring they achieved the higheststandards around DA Engagement and create a ‘win-win’ culturebetween Operations and the DSPs. The Regional OTR manager will berequired to define the medium-term OTR strategy, whilst being ableto lead and influence both internal and external stakeholders toalign both AMZL processes, goals and strategy’s with DSPs. Theywill take the lead in OTR capacity planning and will be responsiblefor the OTR Ramp plans working closely with MEU capacity team andthe Business Coaches to ensure that DSPs achieve their poolnumbers. They will need to identify risk early and put in placecontingency plans to solve Peak periods. The Regional OTR managerswill coordinate performance improvements across the regions workingclosely with OTR ACES, OTR Safety and Community teams to implementbest practice whilst putting the DSP experience at the heart of thesolution. They will own the Regional OTR WBRs and will be requiredto work closely with the site DSMs and Delivery Ops as a trustedOTR SME partner helping site operations improve customerexperience. The Regional OTR managers will work in partnership withtheir regional Business Coach(es) to support the growth of DSPswithin their stations and be proactive in identifying issues andsupporting the DSPs and removing blockers so DSPs can achieve theirfull potential. The Regional OTR manger will be required to workflexibly and will be required to travel between multiple sitesweekly to work with site leadership to carry out their roleeffectively. The role is field based aligned to up to 6 Last MileDelivery Stations plus associated nodes, so the role requires asignificant level of travel. Key job responsibilities
- Safety : Working with OTR safety and site operations to deliver regionalsafety metrics
- Performance : Lead in OTR performance improvementacross the region and provide RLT weekly visibility, includingpaths to green.
- Performance : Deliver Regional WBR for on-roadperformance (DSP scorecard / Ops Scorecard) for the region.
- Performance : Leading improvement activities in key priority areasfor the Region (e.g. DA ratios, rostering performance, nurserycompliance, DNR)
- Experience : Create sustainable businesspractices that create a ‘win-win’ culture between Operations andthe DSPs
- Experience : Ensure a best in class DA experience at sitelevel and coordinates DA engagement across region.
- Experience : Bethe voice of the DSP within the operational region.
- Cost : Workingwith site operations, ACES and CO ensure routing efficiency andbest practice is followed to improve CPP.
- Capacity Management : Owns, delivers and executes the regional resourcing plans (e.g. DAmoves, % changes, capacity risk management)
- Capacity Management : Execution of the DA Ramp up and down plan
- Capacity Management : Plan Regional network changes (PCD, mech changes, launches)
- Programme & Project ownership : Coordinate OTR ACES and OTRSafety projects across the region.
- Leadership : Dotted-lineleadership of the regional AMDO and SMDO Community

- Degree Qualification or equivalent
