Join our team as a Desktop Support Engineer in Düsseldorf, supporting an industry-leading technology and defense client. In this role, you will be responsible for managing Windows 11 upgrades and providing technical assistance on-site at the client’s headquarters. This position offers stability with a minimum one-year project commitment, with annual renewals expected.

Responsibilities

• Perform Windows 11 upgrades and resolve associated technical issues
• Provide comprehensive support for Lenovo laptops, desktops, and other client hardware
• Manage Active Directory, handle user accounts, and perform device imaging
• Utilize SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager) for system updates and application deployment
• Troubleshoot and resolve software, hardware, and network issues
• Maintain high service standards through clear and prompt communication
• Log and document support activities and resolutions
