Manager Product Compliance, Surface Solution An exciting opportunity has arisen in Product Compliance Department at Surface Solutions Business Unit within the Electronics Segment. In this position you will coordinate and execute Regulatory Affairs tasks for our product portfolio. The position is focusing on Chemical Regulations (EU REACH registrations, Classification&Labelling, Safety Data Sheets, internal SAP processes), Cosmetic Product Regulations, Product Stewardship and Customer Communication.to create sustainable solutions and ultimately ensure customer satisfaction.Internal collaboration with your peers and with colleagues in Product Management, Sales, etc. will be key. After onboarding training you will be the key contact to Consortia, Joint registration groups and associations.You will become part of a global team that ensures Product Compliance, Sustainability and Quality Oversight for our portfolio, which includes effect pigments as well as active ingredients and fillers for automotive, plastics, printing, cosmetics, food, and pharmaceutical applications. Who you are : Master's Degree or aboveMinimum 4 years professional experience in a customer facing environment.Professional experience in Regulatory AffairsHigh level of customer focus, self-motivated and passionate in networkingVery good analytical skills, process-oriented thinking as well as structured way of working and a solution-oriented mindset.Strong interpersonal communication and written skills, proactive problem-solving and trouble shooting skills.Capability to manage and deliver in a matrix environment and ability to interact cross-functionally in a global environment.Experience with SAP ERP software preferredEffective negotiation, communication, and presentation skills (verbal and writing) in English and preferably also in GermanExcitement about the Surface Solution business and joining a motivated harmonious and intercultural team. Location : Darmstadt, Germany
