Ihr zukünftiges Aufgabenportfolio :

  • Sie sind verantwortlich für das Onboarding neuer Geschäftsbeziehungen, regelmäßige Refreshs im Rahmen des KYC- und AML-Prozesses sowie Due Diligence Prüfungen
  • Sie erstellen und aktualisieren die Dokumentationen zu o.g. Themen
  • Sie sichten die CSSF-Rundschreiben und deren Einwertung hinsichtlich ihrer Relevanz für das Segment
  • Mitwirkung und Gestaltung bei der Umsetzung von regulatorischen Anforderungen, die das Segment betreffen
  • Eigenverantwortliche Mitwirkung bei der Konzeption eines CRM-Tools, inkl. der Abbildung einer Unterstützung des KYC- und AML-Prozesses
  • Durchführung der Compliance Risikoanalyse zur Identifizierung, Bewertung und Beobachtung von Compliance-Risiken
  • Sie tragen die Verantwortung für das Rechtsnormen-Monitoring in Bezug auf Identifikation, Erfassung, Wesentlichkeitsprüfung und Maßnahmenbeschreibung
  • Aktualisierung und Weiterentwicklung der schriftlich fixierten Ordnung (u.a. Prozessdokumentation) für den Bereich Treasury / Brokerage
  • Jährliche Aktualisierung der Not- und Katastrophendokumentation (NUK)

Sie als Mensch und Profi :

  • Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Rechts- bzw. Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder Bankausbildung mit entsprechender Tätigkeit im Bereich Compliance / Regulatorik
  • Sie haben eine mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Funktion einer Bank oder eines Finanzdienstleisters
  • Sie haben ein ausgeprägtes Interesse an regulatorischen Neuerungen und Anforderungen in der Finanzwirtschaft
  • Sie haben gute Kenntnisse des Bankgeschäfts, insbesondere bezüglich Kommissionshandels und Treasury
  • Sie haben fundierte Kenntnisse der Finanzinstrumente, verbunden mit einem Interesse und Verständnis für den Finanz- und Kapitalmarkt
  • Sehr strukturierte, systematische und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise gepaart mit hohen analytischen Fähigkeiten und Technikaffinität
  • Belastbarkeit, Flexibilität und Engagement in einem dynamischen Arbeitsumfeld
  • Sie haben eine ausgeprägte gesamtbetriebliche Orientierung, Verbindlichkeit sowie hohe Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
  • Ein routinierter Umgang mit den MS Office-Anwendungen ist notwendig
  • Sie haben Freude an der Mitgestaltung neuer Themen und der Aufbereitung komplexer Sachverhalte
  • Sie haben sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
