If you answered yes to the question, we invite you to seize the opportunity to make a significant impact as a Galileo Training and Simulations Officer to coordinate, manage and execute training related activities and simulations for the Galileo.

In line with security requirements for the concerned missions of this position, the candidate has to hold a European citizenship. Furthermore, in view of the nature of the work the company is in, all potential employees will undergo stringent reference and identity checks.

What you´ll do

• Coordinate technical training needs with the operations and maintenance teams
• Prepare training plans and coordinate training activities
• Perform Training Needs Analysis for new and existing roles
• Organize, support, and execute training sessions
• Support LEOP training and LEOP preparation activities
• Assess trainee’s performance during final certification and issue certifications
• Keep track of staff training progress and certification records
• Managing the Galileo Training Management System (TMS)
• Develop and maintain training documentation

In addition, you will support the team as  back-up Simulations Officer , which includes the following tasks :
