Role Overview :

As a Content Compliance your primary responsibility will be to assess usergenerated content and ensure it adheres to platform policies. You will play a key role in enforcing content regulations addressing user concerns and working alongside your team to maintain a safe and welcoming online environment. Additionally staying updated on emerging digital trends will be crucial in refining moderation approaches.

Key Responsibilities :

Content Evaluation : Review videos images comments and links to verify compliance with community guidelines and remove inappropriate material.

Policy Implementation : Ensure adherence to platform rules across different types of content.

User Assistance : Address user appeals and provide clear justifications for moderation decisions.

Regulatory Adherence : Work collaboratively with your team to meet all legal and compliance requirements.

Trend Analysis : Monitor user behavior to detect potential risks and improve moderation strategies.

Process Enhancement : Offer feedback to enhance moderation tools and optimize workflows.

Requirements :

Proficiency in German (B2 / C1 level)

Proficiency in English (B2 level)

EU citizenship or a Portuguese residency card

Customer support experience is preferable

Strong analytical leadership and communication abilities

Desire to learn and advance in the field
