About theposition

As Chief Technology Officer(CTO), you will lead the charge in driving technology across thewhole company and shaping the future of simulation technology. Youwill have the opportunity to work with a talented team ofengineers, developers, and consultants to create industry-leadingsimulatorsolutions.

Responsibilities

TechnologyLeadership

Lead the technologydevelopment strategy and ensure product scalability, security,stability, and alignment with companyobjectives.

Provide strategic leadership indeveloping and executing the company's technology vision, focusingon real-time simulation, SaaS, Cloud, and 3D visualization / gaminggraphic engines.

Maintain awareness of industrytrends to keep our products at the competitiveedge.

TeamManagement

Lead, build, and mentor ahigh-performing technology team, fostering a culture of innovationand continuous improvement.

Recruit, develop,and retain top-tier talent with specialized knowledge in the keyareas the company needs.

Actively participatein the leadership team, contributing to the overall strategy anddecision-making processes of thecompany.

ProductDevelopment

Oversee the end-to-endproduct development lifecycle.

Collaborate withcross-functional teams to driveinnovation.

Create and maintain developmentplans, ensuring technology solutions are delivered on time andwithinbudget.

TechnologyArchitecture

Ensure a strong, scalablearchitecture for the entire company by stabilizing,compartmentalizing, and building upon existing technology solutionswhile addressing technology debt.

Define bestpractices for development, such as automated testing and continuousdelivery.

Ensure coding standards arewell-defined and upheld.

Knowledge of singlesign-on solutions / enterprise SaaS integration for a multi-tenantarchitecture.

StrategicPartnerships

Identify and cultivatestrategic partnerships with customers, SaaS providers, Cloudplatforms, gaming graphic engine vendors, and relevant technologystakeholders.

Evaluate and negotiatetechnology-related contracts andagreements.

Innovationand Research

Drive a culture ofinnovation within the technology team, fostering exploration andlearning in SaaS, Cloud, Unity3D, Java &AI.

Stay informed about emerging technologies,especially in the gaming and simulationdomains.

Qualifications

Bachelor’sor Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relatedfield.

Proven leadership experience in atechnology-focused organization, ideally as a CTO or similarrole.

High drive and motivation to inspire andlead teams with passion andinitiative.

Expertise in scaling products andoptimizing engineering processes.

Provenexpertise in leading technology teams for successful SaaS and Cloudproject delivery, with in-depth knowledge of scalable cloudservices and architecture.

Experience withreal-time simulation and 3Dvisualization.

Exceptional strategic thinkingand problem-solving skills combined with a hands-on approach totechnology management.

Strong leadership andteam management abilities, capable of inspiring a diverse teamtowards achieving excellence.

Excellentinterpersonal and communicationskills.

Experience with gaming graphic engines,particularly Unity3D.

High-level understandingof Java and its application in technologysolutions.

Familiarity with agile developmentmethodologies.

Compensationand Perks (value adds)

Theselected candidate will be offered a permanent contract with ahighly competitive compensationpackage.

Package includes an attractive basesalary supplemented with company shares, 6% pension, and excellenthealth / insurance coverage.
