The opportunity :
We are currently looking for a HR Officer to join our Human Resources Team. This role, which reports directly to the HR Manager, is vital in supporting both the HR department and the HR Manager. The HR Officer will be responsible for managing the employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, fostering a positive work environment, and providing direct support to the HR Manager. This role requires a strong understanding of HR principles and practices, excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
What you’ll be doing :
EMPLOYEE RELATIONS :
- Provide HR guidance and support : Act as a point of contact for employees and managers on HR-related matters, providing advice and guidance on policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Employee Engagement and Retention : Play a support role in developing and implement initiatives to improve employee engagement, morale, and retention. Conduct employee surveys and analyse feedback to identify areas for improvement. This includes planning and executing employee events, such as team-building activities, company celebrations, and recognition programs, to foster a positive and engaging work environment.
- Compensation and Benefits : Administer employee benefits programs, including enrolments, changes, and terminations.
