(Principal) Engineer Analog Design (d / m / f) Location : Garching Your DutiesDevelop high performance analog / mixed-signal architectures & circuits from initial concept through prototype approval and until production ramp, including design for : manufacturability, yield, test, and reliabilityComplete transistor level analog design of complex circuits, meeting block level design specificationPerform and supervise detailed design, simulation, verification and validation of integrated circuits in collaboration with other team members like analog, layout, digital design and validation engineersPrepare documents required for design reviews, internal discussions, test requirements and design documentationExpertise with circuit simulations, including : PVT, Monte Carlo, mixed signal, modelling, optimization, etc.Creative problem solver, able to generate new IP and file patentsContribute to the growth of the team, help junior engineers learn required knowledge and experience through projects workTechnical leadership of IC related product development, technical interface to the customer as well as to internal stakeholders, for specification, design, layout, process, test and product engineeringYour QualificationsPhD, Master’s or Diploma degree in Electrical Engineering or microelectronics - with an emphasis in analog / mixed signal Integrated Circuit Design or a similar specialtyExperience in analog and mixed signal IC Design Strong knowledge in Cadence EDA ToolsStrong intuitive and analytical understanding of transistor-level designExperience is required in some or all of the following : low-noise, low-power analog circuits, oscillators, PLLs, ADCs, DACs, LED drivers, LDOs, DC / DC converters, optoelectronics, digital signal processing and calibration techniquesTeam player with excellent listening skills, ability to organize and prioritize workGood communication skills in oral and written English You will benefit fromAttractive salaryFlexible working hoursTraining opportunities & structured onboarding and development planningOpportunity for coaching, mentoring and networking Apply now and advance your career in a position that challenges you professionally and provides you with many benefits.
