Subcontract Manager - Data Centres - Hamburg

Experienced at delivering highly efficient projects for state-of-the-art Data Centres, Pharma, Semi- Conductor infrastructures around the world, our client is a global leader in design, engineering and delivery of facilities for high tech industries. This is your chance to join an innovative, market leading data centre company as their newest Subcontract Manager. Responsibilities :

• Functionally reporting to the Project Procurement Manager (PPM)
• Keep track of subcontractor progress and performance
• Confirm quantities on re measurable scopes / contracts
• Support the subcontractor invoice payment process by checking / releasing payment certificates
• Claim Management to and from the subcontractor
• Change / Variation order management
• Close cooperation with Engineering / Design, Scheduling and Project Management to mitigate the risk of delay or negative financial impact
• Successfully negotiate contract close outs.
• Support our continuous improvement philosophy by providing regular feedback (Lessons Learnd)
