Our Company
We are currently recruiting for a Procurement Contracts Manager to be placed in Cologne, Germany and would be on a contract with possibility of extension. For our client, a leading party in EPC, we are seeking a Contract Specialist with advanced technical expertise and strategic acumen to join the team. Reporting to the Team Leader, a (Senior) Contract Manager and the Contract Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in post-award contract administration, contributing to the development of new technologies and value chains.
Responsibilities
- Negotiate contract terms and review technical scopes of work.
- Lead the internal development of Request for Proposal (RFP) processes and final negotiations, such as :
- Conducting a contractor resource survey.
- Prequalification of bidders.
- Creating the Master Bid List for approval by the client.
- Creating, maintaining, retrieving and transmitting records, reports or documents as part of general contract administration.
- Creating and maintaining contract files.
- Analyze commercial portions of proposals and prepare contract recommendations and present the team's recommendation to project management and / or client.
- Conduct pre-award activities including contractor resource surveys and bidder prequalification.
