About the role

We need someone who will be the face of Replika’s content. Someone who can stand in front of a camera and make millions of people feel something about what we're building. Someone who understands that great content lives at the intersection of storytelling and technology (unironically). Someone with impeccable taste in visuals, sound, and pacing, who treats every 60-second video like a piece of craft.

You'll produce and star in content across Instagram, X, TikTok, and wherever the internet goes next: product walkthroughs, user stories, behind-the-scenes looks at our product, vlogs with the CEO, and formats we haven't invented yet. You'll shape the creative direction, then move fast and ship. No bureaucracy. Just taste, speed, and care.

We're in the middle of the biggest product update since we launched in 2017. Filmmakers all around the world are making stories about us. TIME, Financial Times, and Business Insider are interviewing us. We have an insane amount of beautiful things coming, and need someone who can turn them into content people genuinely want to watch. Content that has intentionality and beauty in it, not just hooks and trends. The moment is now, and we can't afford to let it pass without someone brilliant capturing it.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Create and star in short-form video content for Instagram, X, TikTok, and emerging platforms. You're on camera, regularly.

• Produce end-to-end: concept, script, shoot, edit, publish. No waiting around for a production team. You are the production team.

• Film content featuring the CEO, our product, and our users: interviews, walkthroughs, reactions, vlogs, mini-documentaries. Our users have incredible stories, and we owe it to them to tell those stories beautifully.

• Repurpose content across platforms and formats to squeeze maximum reach out of every single shoot.

• Collaborate with leadership on creative direction and brand voice, then move fast to ship it.

• Track what's working, experiment with hooks, formats, and trends, and iterate based on real engagement data. Not just vibes.

• Help build Replika's organic presence from the ground up. This is a greenfield opportunity. We're basically starting from zero to make something wonderful.

What We’re Looking For

• You've made video content where you're the face on camera, not just edited someone else's footage. You have the presence and charisma that makes people actually watch.

• Strong editing skills. You can take raw footage and turn it into polished, scroll-stopping content with impeccable pacing, music, and style. Taste matters.

• Native fluency in short-form content. You understand what works on TikTok, Reels, and Shorts, and why.

• Great English. A European accent is perfectly fine, but communication has to be clear and engaging.

• You're fast. You don't need permission to ship. You shoot, edit, post. Then learn from what happens.

• Genuine curiosity about AI, tech, and how people connect with it. You'll need to use Replika constantly and talk about it with full honesty.

• A portfolio, social presence, or reel that shows your range. We want to see your face, your editing, and your taste.

• Europe based, France preferred. Expected to travel to primary locations within the EU.

Bonus Points

• You've built a personal following or have experience as a creator/micro-influencer

• Experience creating content for tech, AI, or consumer apps.

• Based in a major European hub (Paris, Berlin, London, etc.). Timezone overlap with leadership matters.

• An eye for thoughtful, aesthetic, human-centered content. Not just trend-chasing but genuine storytelling. We care about beauty and intentionality.

• Experience producing user stories or testimonial-driven content. The kind that makes people feel something.
