Are you passionate about marketing communications? Then you're in just the right place!

KWS SAAT SE & Co. KGaA is looking for a talented and committed Marketing Communication Specialist (m / f / d ) to join our international Sugarbeet Marketing Team as soon as possible, bringing fresh ideas and strategic vision. In this role, you will work closely with marketing colleagues to develop and implement innovative communication strategies. Your goal : to effectively showcase our brand and products and contribute to the success of our corporate strategy.

The position is based in our main office in Einbeck (Lower Saxony, Germany ), is a full-time position and is initially limited to a maximum of two years. We look forward to your application!

Your tasks - challenge meets responsibility :

Support the planning and development of marketing campaigns to promote our brand and products, including measuring their success based on specific KPIs
Manage the marketing content calendar and provide the team with accurate, up-to-date information
Monitor market trends to identify new marketing opportunities and provide fresh, relevant content to support the Social Media team
Collaborate with the marketing team and key stakeholders to develop and execute effective strategies
Handle administrative tasks, such as keep our communications folders and files organized, up to date and ready to be used (Beet Materials & Archives)
Attend industry events to stay informed and promote our products

Your profile - competence meets personality :

University degree or equivalent experience in Marketing & Communication

Proven experience in creating and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns

Excellent interpersonal and intercultural communication skills, both written and verbal, coupled with strong stakeholder and relationship management skills

Strong analytical skills to track and evaluate data, using insights to refine marketing strategies

Project management skills, particularly across regional and cultural boundaries, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

Collaborative mindset with the ability to work proactively and independently, demonstrating drive and initiative

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with communications software (e.g. Adobe, Canva) is an advantage

Fluent in English; additional foreign language skills (e.g. French) are a plus
