Your Job
As a Game Designer you will use your creativity and analytic skills to create awesome memorable player experiences. You will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative game design mechanics for our exciting games and get the chance to work on a brand-new mobile title. Support our proficient team with your knowledge and experience in building something big develop outstanding new game features and refine existing ones of our free-to-play games; played by thousands of users across the world.
Responsibilities
- Come up with suitable game mechanics that fall in line with the games vision
- Create and maintain comprehensible design documentation
- Iterate on designs to create great gameplay experiences
- Use your strong quantitative background to balance multiple variables in new and existing feature designs
- Communicate with the game team to make them understand the design and the vision of new features
- Collaborate with both the design and management teams to prepare for and meet milestones
- Work with cross-functional teams (development art QA product) to ensure a shared understanding of goals and implementation details
- Maintain a constructive communication to other disciplines
- Act as a guide for developers when implementing new designs
- Work with business intelligence research to analyze and understand the target platform market and audience of a game and its features
- Support the design team in planning monthly events and monetization options
- Proactively find problems within the player experience and come up with solutions
