What youll do

As a Learning Content Creator in Regnology you willbe responsible for the independent development and delivery of training solutions.

This position interacts with internal staff and external vendor partners to effectively balance multiple content development workstreams.

Your key accountabilities are :

You will be trained on the groups software by the members of your team and will be required to

  • Deliver internal training.
  • Design and enhance instructional materials and courses that align with Product learning principles.
  • Create content using CAMTASIA and REVOICER
  • Revise and improve instructional materials based on stakeholder feedback data insights and instructional effectiveness reviews to maintain relevance and alignment with organizational needs.
  • Administer LMS functions including user management course assignments troubleshooting and reporting.
  • Collaborate with LMS vendors to identify document and resolve technical issues ensuring seamless learner experiences.

  • 5 years of experience in learning support creation
  • Fluency in both German and English
  • Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS)
  • Experience in Creating editing and redesigning instructional material : courses curriculum job aids and training recordings to ensure it matches the learners needs
  • Solid Knowledge of Camtasiaand REVOICER
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple simultaneous timelines.
