About our Digital Marketing - B2B Team
We’re numbers-driven performance marketers who focus on our B2B clients’ pipeline revenue and bottom-line value. We specialize in building and executing performance marketing strategies for B2B clients with long sales cycles and complex customer journeys.
The B2B team at the Hamburg location focuses on Personal Branding, Lead Research and Personal Outreach and is looking for a Social Networks Content Manager (f / m / d) . The goal is to support our clients in developing strategies and tactics that help them improve their marketing and increase their sales. The position is full-time and located in Hamburg.
How would you spend your time if you join us?
- You develop and implement comprehensive content and personal branding strategies for social networks, with a focus on LinkedIn, to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- You create and manage engaging content , including posts, articles, and visual media, ensuring consistency with brand voice and objectives.
- You lead the content planning process , utilizing tools like Hootsuite or Planable, and coordinate with other team members for timely execution.
- You monitor and analyze content performance using marketing analytics tools, optimizing strategies based on data insights.
- You manage client relationships , serving as the main point of contact, providing strategic guidance, and ensuring alignment with their branding goals.
- You organize and oversee client-related initiatives , such as workshops, meetings, and project updates, to enhance their LinkedIn presence.
- You collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing and Business Development, to ensure alignment on campaign objectives and content messaging.
- You get involved in the creation and simple editing of visual content using platforms such as Canva, enhancing our digital presence with engaging imagery and videos.
- You stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and platform updates , ensuring that our content remains relevant and competitive.
