Your Role and Responsibilities
Analyze and moderate video content to ensure compliance with community policies.
Identify review and take appropriate action on potentially sensitive or harmful content.
Use your critical thinking and language skills to make balanced thoughtful decisions.
Work closely with team leaders and colleagues to ensure consistent moderation quality.
Stay informed about changes in platform guidelines and safety standards.
Contribute to a healthy and positive digital environment for users worldwide.
What Youll Need
Fluent German (C1 level or above) and English (B2 level).
EU passport or valid Portuguese residence card (visa sponsorship not available).
Ready to relocate to Portugal and begin as soon as possible.
Strong sense of responsibility emotional maturity and attention to detail.
Previous moderation or customer experience is a plus but not required full training will be provided.
