Responsabilities

• You are responsible for operational content management and advise your customers in various shipping tools, implement high-performance e-mail marketing campaigns and supervise them
• You control feedback loops, coordinate and implement translations
• You carry out quality assurance
• You always have the editorial plans of your customers in view and develop target group-specific texts as well as meaningful headlines
• You work out reports in order to derive recommendations for action and test scenarios and thus optimize the ongoing e-mail marketing measures of your customers
• You will take over administrative tasks related to the handling of email marketing campaigns in your team, such as .B invoicing
