Since we started our Exakt Health journey in 2021 we have come a long way : Over 200,000+ users across the EU and US have already treated their running injury with Exakt Health or are actively preventing injuries with our prevention track.

But this is only the beginning. We’ve recently launched our smart running plans to help people achieve their running goals while avoiding injuries.

To support our growing user basis, we’re now hiring for a (Junior) Marketing & Community Manager, who will engage and activate our user base.

Tasks

We're looking for a passionate Community Manager to engage, inspire, and support our user base! In this role, you will :

• Respond to user inquiries with care and expertise
• Moderate social media discussions and monitor trends & conversations
• Plan and execute engaging social media initiatives, giveaways, challenges or community events to grow our community
• Support on setting up automation processes for customer support queries

Furthermore you will collaborate with the marketing team to manage influencer partnerships and develop compelling social media content. If you're enthusiastic about creating meaningful user connections and making an impact, we’d love to meet you!
