We’re looking for a Finance & Business Controller to take full ownership of financial reporting, business partnering, and commercial analysis. Aufgaben You select, set up, and monitor key financial KPIs to drive business performance You create, manage, and deliver regular and ad hoc financial reports, including monthly and annual reports, bank and investor decks You act as the finance business partner to key stakeholders, providing data-driven insights that support strategic decision-making You analyze operational data to uncover commercial opportunities and enhance profitability You ensure high data quality across all business units, maintaining accuracy and reliability for financial analysis Qualifikation You have 2-4 years of experience in financial controlling, FP&A, or a similar role, ideally within a marketing, media, or agency environment.
