Customer Service Officer (M / F / D)
Responsibilities :
- Managing all customer care tasks; from processing customer orders and quotations to ensuring timely dispatch and documentation
- Tracking offers and orders and taking appropriate action
- Recording and tracking complaints
- Updating the customer database in the merchandise management system
- Building and maintaining professional customer relationships and increasing customer proximity
