Within this stream of our  2year rotational European Graduate Program  of our Materials Group Business Unit youll tackle exciting 12month assignments in different areas of Operations / Manufacturing at various production sites across Europe. Well empower you to take on responsibility quickly while you explore all aspects of our operations.

For your first rotation you will join our team in Gotha and take ownership of a critical project to automate our adhesive changeover process! Were seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to lead the implementation and control of this exciting initiative which will significantly improve efficiency and reduce downtime. As the Project Lead youll orchestrate the entire project lifecycle from managing key supplier relationships to overseeing the technical implementation and ensuring seamless integration with our existing systems.

For the second assignment you will have the chance to sign up for one of our projects available in our European Production sites such as :

  • Support of local & European continuous improvement and optimization projects in areas such as Process Engineering Quality Maintenance Enterprise Lean Six Sigma Manufacturing For Future / Digital Transformation and Environment Health & Safety
  • Involvement in project work such as new equipment installation / machine modifications
  • Manufacturing key projects and Teamleader roles can be considered for the second rotation

Qualifications :

What we expect you to have :

  • University Degree (Bachelor or Master) in a relevant Engineering field such as Mechanical / Chemical / Electrical / Energy / Industrial / Production / Safety Engineering or equivalent
  • at least 6 months of relevant professional experience (e.g. internships project work) ideally in the manufacturing industry
  • Strong problemsolving and communication skills
  • First experiences with Lean Manufacturing are a plus
  • Additional language skills in German are a plus
