For our client, a company of the thyssenkrupp Group in Kiel, we are currently looking for a Technical Clerk (m/f/d) for Review Management.

Your tasks

  • Supporting the project role in the planning, implementation and follow-up of technical reviews
  • Compilation, maintenance and tracking of action items from technical reviews incl. deadline tracking and status reports
  • Organization and coordination of review appointments
  • Preparation, consolidation and management of review-relevant documents
  • Documentation of review results and decisions
  • Maintenance of overviews in various projects
  • Supporting compliance with deadlines and processes in the context of technical reviews
  • Supporting reporting and controlling

Your profile

  • Completed technical or business management training
  • First to several years of experience in technical processing
  • Experience in dealing with technical documents, action lists and review or project knowledge is an advantage
  • Basic understanding of technical systems, ideally in shipbuilding
  • Confident handling of common MS Office applications
  • Structured, reliable and independent way of working
  • Good written and spoken English skills
