During and after your studies, your extensive specialist knowledge in the areas of service, technology and business administration will open up a wide range of fields of activity. As a Service Engineer (m / f / d), you will find yourself working in Global Service in mechanical and plant engineering, maintenance, commissioning or technical service. You will use your strong interdisciplinary skills in direct customer contact and ensure the constant availability of machines and systems for customers, supported by digital technologies.

Practical experience during your studies

By working in our teams, you will be gradually introduced to the wide range of tasks and will be able to put the knowledge you have acquired in the theoretical phases perfectly into practice. You will have the opportunity to help shape the practical phases according to your curriculum. Two projects will prepare you specifically for your bachelor's thesis / bachelor's dissertation. We will introduce you to the wide range of tasks offered by your studies. You will gain insights into various service areas in Germany and abroad and be introduced to the different facets of Global Services. You will experience customer contact worldwide at our paper machine and stock preparation plants. You will also be taught special course content, business management, technical and personal skills that are specifically geared towards the service and commissioning sector.

• Very good knowledge of German and English
