About this role
Lead and execute Carrier’s ethics and compliance strategy in the EMEA region. Provide compliance advice, influence senior leadership, and ensure effective deployment of compliance programs.
Key Responsibilities :
- Strategic Leadership : Drive long-term ethics and compliance strategies.
- Advisory Role : Offer compliance advice and report on program effectiveness.
- Program Deployment : Implement and improve compliance programs.
- Supervision : Oversee and support local Ethics and Compliance Officers.
- Investigations and Audits : Conduct and document internal investigations and audits.
- Continuous Improvement : Enhance Carrier’s compliance programs and support ESG policies.
