About this role

Lead and execute Carrier’s ethics and compliance strategy in the EMEA region. Provide compliance advice, influence senior leadership, and ensure effective deployment of compliance programs.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Strategic Leadership : Drive long-term ethics and compliance strategies.
  • Advisory Role : Offer compliance advice and report on program effectiveness.
  • Program Deployment : Implement and improve compliance programs.
  • Supervision : Oversee and support local Ethics and Compliance Officers.
  • Investigations and Audits : Conduct and document internal investigations and audits.
  • Continuous Improvement : Enhance Carrier’s compliance programs and support ESG policies.

Skills that we are looking for :

  • In-depth knowledge of international and Group legal and compliance standards.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills at all levels.
  • Analytical and synthesis skills.
  • Understanding of operational, financial, and systemic processes.
  • Pragmatic & strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Fluent in English and proficient in office tools.
  • Proven ability to work with all management levels and provide strategic vision for compliance programs.
  • Business acumen and soft skills : Confidentiality, Autonomy, Discretion, effective communication, Diplomacy, Pedagogy.
