About Klar

Tasks

About The Position

Next to our software we have running the eCom Unity Germanys largest eCommerce community with 1300 active operators.

Right now the community is centered around a joint slack space and around 20 events that we organise throughout the year like our preOMR meet up with 150 eCom operators.

For this next phase we want to essentially turn the eCom Unity into its own media asset driving massive value for its members.

We are open to hear different ideas on how to do that but here is what we are currently thinking :

  • eCom Unity Workshops through our community and software we have access to the best operators and agencies in eCom and want to organise online workshops where these can share their expertise. No highlevel fluff but operational insights only.
  • eCom Unity Pod we want to speak with the best brands on how they are growing their business. This wont be your average here is our founding story podcast but well cut straight to the chase to dive deep into operational topics.
  • eCom Unity Newsletter we can repurpose the content form the workshops podcast and discussions from the community into a community newsletter where we share the biggest knowledge bombs with all members each week.

    • As mentioned the primary goal here is to drive value for our community members.

    This community has been integral for our success thus far and we believe in paying it forward.

    Requirements

    About You

  • You are among the best at what you do we are looking for extraordinarily talented people that are looking to take their career and knowledge to the next level.
  • You are passionate about eCom there is not just a single background that is a great fit for this role but one thing is for sure. The person we are looking for must love eCom.
  • You are a great copywriter / content creator most content you will produce yourself will be written. So you should have excellent copywriting skills in English. Ideally you are also happy to jump in front the camera to record video content (that will be edited by someone else).
  • You optimize for learning your main motivation at this point of your career is to learn as much as possible in broaden your tool set. You want to work with people of the same mindset and learn from each other.
  • You are naturally curious you have a wide range of interests that you like to explore and are open to constantly being exposed to something new.

    • Our Process

    Since we are growing like crazy and have big plans the starting date is ideally tomorrow. But for the right candidate we are willing to wait. Quality always pays off.

    Most of the process for this position will be handled by Max.

  • We really get to know each other : We will have a second meeting in which I want to understand what drives you and where you want to be in the future. You can ask me anything you want nothing is off the table. We will talk for as long as necessary and by the end of it we should both feel comfortable.
  • You meet my CoFounders
  • we value strong fit and alignment within our team. This gives you and us a chance for a final check.
  • You get an offer and hopefully sign it

    • If all goes well this process should be done within 2 weeks.
