Key job responsibilities Create, oversee, and drive aculture of safety and wellbeing. Analyse and implement changes tokeep quality and productivity at a consistently high level. Overseeprojects to streamline processes, optimise productivity andincrease quality of service for customers within your area ofresponsibility. Analyse shift performance against relevant businessobjectives, and put in place actions to improve our operationalexcellence. Work collaboratively with management-level colleaguesto standardise shift practices. A day in the life You’ll work on ashift pattern at one of our sites, making sure it is as productiveas it can be. Your main focus will be to own and drive a culture ofsafety and uphold quality and shift performance standards. You’llalso oversee process improvements within your area and driveimplementation. A typical day is varied, including everything fromroutine team management and daily operational responsibilities toprocess improvement and wide-scale operational contingency tasks.You’ll also be a role model and mentor to new managers. Some of us work withphysical products, while others analyse data to help everyoneacross the business make smart decisions. GRUNDQUALIFIKATIONEN Adegree. Relevant experience in people management. Relevantexperience of communicating with a wide range of stakeholders,including your peers and leadership. Relevant experience in usingdata or anecdotal evidence to influence business decisions.Advanced proficiency in verbal and written English and locallanguage.
