What you'll do

The Business Transformation Services (BTS) team is hiring a working student to support with the following tasks and special projects :

• Support for internal and external communication (Newsletters, Blog Articles, SAP News Center etc. ...) : Coordination with the authors and external agencies
• Support for upcoming special projects, campaigns, and events : e. g. Ordering print products from the in-house print shop
• Creative tasks such as image and video editing (depending on personal interests and previous experience)
• Support in the creation and adaptation of marketing documents and presentations, adhering to the SAP Corporate Identity and Brand Guidelines.
• Taking responsibility for self-created concepts and projects
• Organization of internal events and workshops of the BTS Communications team
• Administrative support for BTS Communications team

Preferred start date : August -1st 2024

Location : Walldorf, DE, 69190 (preferred), other locations (optional)

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
