Responsibilities :
- Active participation in the newly formed Chem-Trend Europe Finance Business Partner Team
- Internal Consulting : Building strong partnerships between Controlling and other functional areas of the company
- Supporting management in all strategic and business management issues, as well as collaboration in change management projects
- Close cross-functional cooperation at the Maisach Site and at the Norderstedt Production Site
- Central point of contact and intensive collaboration with our Finance Shared Services Center (SSC) in Porto
- Implementation of change and efficiency projects with the aim of process optimization on a local and regional basis
- Developing and establishing meaningful key figures and new analysis templates and tools for results management (business analytics / AI)
- Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements as well as operational and strategic planning
- Business evaluations as well as target / actual comparisons and ad hoc analyses as a basis for management decisions
- Implementation of product cost calculation
- Active support in the annual financial statements (IFRS / HGB) in cooperation with the SSC and the auditors Networking with all FCS Business Partners
