Our Business Area (BA) Markets is looking for the right person to fill the position as

US Power Trader

in the Continental Power Trading department for our office in Hamburg.

Your job as US Power Trader

• Proprietary shortto midterm power trading with main focus on US power markets PJM & ERCOT and opportunity to trade connected / related markets like Henry Hub with an US power perspective
• Close cooperation with Trading Analysis other trading desks and support functions
• Develop and extend our US power trading footprint
• Maintaining effective communication within the organisation
• Market analysis both quantitative and fundamental
• Keep track of the latest market developments
• Adhere to and further develop the companys trading standards and best practices
• Be part of the  Continental Power Trading department and contribute to its commercial success
