JOIN OUR TEAM AS ART DIRECTOR (m / f / d)

We’re looking for an ambitious, curious, and talented creative art director who wants to shape one of the biggest brands in the world.

YOUR ROLE

  • Develop creative advertising concepts, from one-off executions to large integrated campaigns
  • Demonstrate a strong conceptual approach and be able to execute ideas visually
  • Adapt campaign across all assets
  • Be a brand guardian with your design work
  • Take care of brand image & brand process
  • Ensure creative excellence in look & feel
  • Presentation preparation
  • Secure and independent management of projects
  • Lead pitches and idea development
  • Work across teams to develop creative concepts that resonate with different audiences

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • A driven, proactive mindset with an innate ability to generate fresh ideas
  • Strong conceptual thinking coupled with a commitment to refining your craft in design and art direction
  • A solid working knowledge of digital design tools
  • Keen to keep up to date with the latest design trends, both within and outside of advertising
  • Enthusiasm for working across teams and learning from more experienced professionals
  • An understanding of how creative ideas are deployed across a full 360-degree ecosystem
  • Knowledge of social media and broader cultural trends

    • LANGUAGE SKILLS

    Fluent in German, very good written and spoken English
