Job Overview

The position The TEOA Site Leader position is a full-time position, reporting directly to the Site Manager with a dotted line to the Regional TEOA Manager / Director. Business Unit management has discretion to modify this reporting relationship, as appropriate.
This is a management position and will require that the candidate have strong organisational, communication, and project management skills, demonstrating DIGITAL savvy.
The TEOA Site Leader will report to the highest Management Level at the Site.
The TEOA site leader is responsible for defining, leading, and guiding the TEOA deployment for the whole site. She / he will provide TEOA subject matter expertise in leading the deployment.
The TEOA Site Leader will work with the TEOA and DIGITAL implementation teams to drive the development and facilitate the deployment of the TEOA and DIGITAL culture & process. This position has primary responsibility with shared accountability, for the progress and results of the TEOA and DIGITAL deployment at the site. She / he will act as the local subject matter expert for the TEOA tools, the DIGITAL subject matter expert role will be covered by the DIGITAL FACTORY leader reporting to the TEOA Site Leader (when not installed, the DIGITAL Factory leader role will be covered by the TEOA Site Leader).
The role involves some travel to other sites within the business unit and will require overnight stays.
The role has a heavy emphasis on supporting and mentoring the Lean Practitioners and the DIGITAL Factory team to ensure they become standalone champions for the deployment.
Your main tasks :
- Coordinate with the site management and TEOA Team the development of the site-level Current State VSM, Future State VSM and TEOA deployment plan based on TEOA Site Assessment, to achieve the plant performance objectives (Star levels).
- Discuss with site management on the resources and priorities needed to support the deployment plan.
- Plan, drive and follow-up the TEOA deployment plan at the site.
- Hold weekly follow-up of the improvement projects as planned in the deployment plan.
- Hold monthly Review meetings with Plant management and EMEA TEOA Management to review the committed deliverables and adjust the TEOA deployment plan if needed.
- Increase knowledge to all levels of employees by detecting training needs and organize training of problem-solving techniques and TEOA improvement tools.
- Deliver TEOA Trainings acc. TEOA Learning Path in local language (Novice & Apprentice)
- Share Successfully Demonstrated Practices (SDP’s) with TE Community.
- Lead more complex improvement projects such as implementing new material flow systems.
- Understanding DIGITAL pant needs, translate needs into DIGITAL value creation initiatives.
- Prepare and follow up of the Plant DIGITAL budget around CAPEX, OPEX, TEIS Development-Enhancement-Deployment.
- Ensure DIGITAL Value creation using intensively deployed DIGITAL solutions.
- DIGITAL KPI responsibility.
- Actively participating in the DIGITAL community events.
