Opportunity for a Clinical Director!

Role Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Director to oversee the clinical operations in Minnesota. The Clinical Director will be responsible for managing hospital staff, liaising with healthcare professionals, developing strategic plans, setting budgets, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities :

Implement and administer health care programs and services.
Maintain clinical oversight of all mental health professionals.
Ensure staff supervision adheres to state guidelines.
Oversee documentation standards and service utilization.
Prepare activity reports to inform management of program status and initiatives.
Review and analyze facility activities to aid in planning, cash, and risk management.

Qualifications :

Proven experience as a Clinical Director or similar leadership role in healthcare.

Strong understanding of hospital management and performance metrics.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to lead and develop a high-performing team.
