VISARIGHT is a VCbacked scaleup based in Germany and operating globally. Our goal is to build the leading immigration platform in Europe by transforming immigration to experience.

As a Community Strategy and Engagement Manager you will lead our efforts to engage grow and nurture an online community creating meaningful interactions and fostering a sense of belonging. You will be involved in the strategic planning from the very beginning drive research and lead key decisions. This role is fully remote offering flexibility and the chance to contribute to a fastgrowing company.

Tasks

  • You will take charge of planning organizing and developing content tailored to our target audience
  • Develop and execute a strategy to grow and engage the online community fostering a positive and inclusive atmosphere to promote meaningful interactions and discussions
  • Implement initiatives to increase member participation active engagement and overall community growth
  • Analyze content performance blog engagement and observe trends in reader behavior searching for new ways of attracting new customers

Requirements

  • 35 years of proven experience in building and growing online communities including driving meaningful engagement
  • Strong expertise in digital and content strategy development
  • Exceptional writing editing and proofreading English skills
  • Proficiency or knowledge in the field of German immigration or the ability to quickly acquire expertise in this area
  • Analytical skills to dig into website data and track content performance
  • A high level of proactivity ownership and a getstuffdone mentality
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment
